Why haven't I received an email to set my password, after registering my account?

If after registering your account you do not receive an email to set your password, please make sure to:

  • Check your email account’s spam/junk folder.
  • Allow 30 minutes for the email to come through after registering, as it can take sometime to come through to certain mailboxes.

If after preforming these steps you still have not received the email, you should request a new password reset email. You can request a new set password email here >> 

Please note: if a new reset email is requested it will invalidate any previously requested emails that have yet to come through  

Why haven't I received an order confirmation email after placing my order?

If you have not received an order confirmation email after placing your order we ask that you make sure to:

  • Check your email account’s spam/junk folder for the order confirmation email
  • Allow 30 minutes for the email to come through after placing your order, as it can take sometime to come through to certain mailboxes.
  • Confirm you are checking the email account your order was placed under.

If after preforming theses steps you have still not received your order confirmation email please contact us on 01536 526434 or send us an email and a member of our team will help you with the issue.

How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking up to two weeks prior to course start date.

or call 01536 526434 and we can do this for you.

If you cancel booking within the two week period the full fee will be payable.

How do I receive my certificates after completion of a course?

You will receive a PDF E-Certificate on completion of the course.

What happens if a delegate can not attend a session?

We have a two week cancellation policy. After this the full fee is payable. If a delegate cannot attend please give us as much notice as possible and we can usually re-arrange for another date. If a delegate cancells within two weeks of the course start date the full fee will be payable.

Can I change the delegate I have already booked on a course?

Yes no problem – just email your details and we will do this for you
